Biography

Saxophone player José was educated at DJAM Amsterdam and pursuited her studies at conservatory of Alkmaar where she also received het papers. During her studies José played in various projects as well as in Candy Dulfer’s wind section. José has played in diverse soul/funk and jazz bands such as the Max Teawhistle Jazzcombo. For five years she was part of Tineke Schouten’s theater tour. Besides all this José loved to play with DJs. She is a frequently invited guest at network events, parties and in (beach)clubs.
